Online Payment
We integrate with Stripe, banking fees are 1% per transaction but Reservatoo does not take any commissions on your online sales.
You define your own method for calculating deposits. It can be a percentage %, or calculated based on the number of people.
20% of our users prefer an on-site payment. This does not add any additional fees and you keep control of your payments.

We charge no commissions on online sales. You can opt for on-site payment, with a deposit, or 100% online. The only fees are banking fees, functioning like a TPE (Electronic Payment Terminal), with about 1.4% per transaction.

Your reservation page for your clients is a unique URL for your establishment. Therefore, it is very easy to integrate it into your website or your networks. Moreover, you benefit from the help of our expert to integrate it for free, regardless of the interface you use.
Our rates are available in your user space, from your account in « subscription ». We have different rates to best adapt to your needs and offer fair pricing. We support small and medium-sized businesses, entrepreneurs, and multi- and single-activity complexes. Our offer starts at 49€ excluding tax / month.
We have 2 subscriptions: monthly billing and annual billing (which allows you to benefit from an average of -20% on our subscriptions). The expert who accompanies you in discovering the tool will propose billing adapted to your activity.
We offer great flexibility for our clients. You can cancel your subscription at any time with a simple email, call, or message on the online chat of the application.
Yes, we are 100% available for our clients. We respond within a maximum of 2 minutes on the online chat. You can contact us by email (response time of about 6 hours), and you can also call us or set up an appointment slot with your expert whenever you wish, without limit.
